PCP APRESENTA PROPOSTAS
MELHORAR UM PIDDAC DE MISÉRIA
RESPONDER À CRISE, DESENVOLVER O DISTRITO
O PCP há muito chama a atenção para a continuada degradação da situação económica, social e ambiental do Distrito de Castelo Branco que, continuando a ver negadas políticas justas e adequadas - de investimento, de apoio ao tecido produtivo e às PMEs e de melhoria do nível e qualidade de vida de quem trabalha -, não cria empregos e não fixa as populações e, por isso, envelhece, desertifica-se e atrasa-se, no plano económico e social, no conjunto do País, na Região Centro e, inclusive, aprofunda as desigualdades sociais e de desenvolvimento no seu próprio seio.
O Primeiro Ministro José Sócrates não cumpre as promessas, concretiza políticas muito negativas para os trabalhadores, as populações e o distrito, e por isso tem razões para temer a condenação da sua política.
1. Foi confirmado há cerca de duas semanas que o Primeiro Ministro José Sócrates se deslocará ao distrito em meados de Novembro. Esta operação está em meticulosa preparação - na segurança e mediática -, mas persiste sem ser revelada, mesmo aos mais fieis, a data exacta da sua concretização. Este facto revela uma gestão de agenda dominada pelo medo de que os trabalhadores e as populações do distrito digam ao Governo e ao seu primeiro responsável aquilo que pensam da sua política.
2. Nas legislativas de 2005 - é oportuno recordá-lo -, José Sócrates, então candidato a deputado pelo distrito, afirmou: “um governo do PS acabará com o ciclo do abandono do interior e do mundo rural,...a região verá recomeçar o investimento,...o crescimento económico passará a ser uma prioridade clara, para combatermos o desemprego e construirmos um país mais justo e mais próspero”. “O PS...coloca a coesão social e territorial como um dos pilares da política que vai prosseguir”.
Concelhia de Castelo Branco responsabiliza o Governo PS/Sócrates
Dia 5 de Novembro, os estudantes do ensino secundário proclamaram-no como dia de luta contra a política errada, intolerante, injusta do governo PS/Sócrates e nomeadamente contra a sua política educativa.
É assim que os estudantes da Escola Secundaria Nun’Alvares , como noutras escolas do distrito de Castelo Branco, decidiram manifestar-se contra o estatuto disciplinar do aluno, a não implementação da disciplina de Educação Sexual nas escolas, os atrasos da edição dos livros escolares, … questões às quais o Ministério de Educação e o Governo não têm dado resposta.
Durante as manifestações realizadas hoje de manhã houve a intervenção policial que não esteve à altura das circunstâncias, daí resultando algumas acções desproporcionadas, que puseram em causa os direitos e liberdades de manifestação dos cidadãos consignados na Constituição da República.
Perante os acontecimentos, a Comissão Concelhia de Castelo Branco do PCP condena a política deste governo, repudia os excessos e responsabiliza o Governo Civil de Castelo Branco e o Governo PS/Sócrates pelas ordens dadas, que conduziram aos incidentes e que poderiam ter sido evitados.
O PCP manifesta a solidariedade com os estudantes envolvidos na contestação e as respectivas famílias e exige o apuramento de responsabilidades.
A DOR de Catelo Branco do PCP, realizou as Jornadas com os deputados comunistas no Parlamento Europeu Ilda Figueredo e Pedro Guerreiro.
Destas jornadas conclui-se que :
O GOVERNO PS LIQUIDA AS MICRO-PEQUENAS E MÉDIAS EMPRESAS (MPMEs)
Apesar das mistificações que o Governo vai repetindo, a crise atinge em força a economia nacional, está a destruir o nível e qualidade de vida de todos os que vivem do seu trabalho e vai continuar a agravar-se!
É uma crise do sistema capitalista, resultante da própria natureza do poder económico, da banca e das multinacionais, que sempre decidem pelo máximo lucro em seu proveito, e em que o Governo PS/Sócrates é o responsável pela situação de declínio nacional e de crise da economia real em que se afundam as MPMEs!
